From Piampaludo to Pratorotondo Refuge, lunch in Beigua Park

On Sunday, December 17, we will make a loop within the Beigua Regional Natural Park, a long hike in which we will see many points of naturalistic interest such as the Laione Peat Bog. This is the most important wetland of the Park in which live number of species of amphibians, reptiles and protected plants. Beigua Park is the largest protected area in Liguria with its unspoiled environments and breathtaking views, and with an area that, due to the uniqueness of its geological aspects, has also been recognized as an International Geopark under the auspices of UNESCO. In addition to so much beauty and nature, an excellent lunch with a fixed menu of polenta will be waiting for us at the Pratorotondo Refuge

EQUIPMENT

Packed lunch, hiking shoes or boots, technical breathable clothing in layers, trekking poles, windbreaker, hat or bandana, good water supply (at least 1.5 liters).
